Royal Tichelaar edition’ was unveiled by Mr. Remco Zeeuw (head of economic department of the Dutch Embassy in Berlin) and Mr. Arjan Smit (Chairman Tulip Promotion Netherlands). The Royal Tichelaar edition combines the strength and craftsmanship of the two companies: the restrike of the Dukaton, a coin that originated in the 16th century, is situated in a tile of ceramics on which Royal Tichelaar has hand-painted tulips.
